Welcome to 399pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://399pk.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and requirements that govern your access to and use of the 399pk website, its content and any associated services.

399pk is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform designed specifically for Pakistani users. The Platform provides educational content, guides, responsible gambling resources and general information relating to online sports betting and casino games. The Platform is operated as an information service only.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• 399pk is not a gambling operator. It does not hold, claim to hold or apply for any gambling licence issued by any authority, including any Pakistani governmental body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
• 399pk does not accept deposits or process wagers. Any financial transactions related to sports betting or casino gaming are conducted exclusively between the User and a relevant third-party operator, entirely outside the Platform.
• All content is informational only. Guides, odds explanations, bonus term analyses, glossary entries and responsible gambling materials are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional gambling, financial, tax or legal advice.

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. The minimum age requirement for accessing 399pk is 18 years, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to the User. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

This age restriction reflects the standard applied across the regulated online gambling information industry. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify whether additional age or eligibility restrictions apply in their jurisdiction under local law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 399pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the following permitted purposes:

This licence does not extend to any commercial use, systematic reproduction, redistribution or derivative use of Platform content without express prior written consent from 399pk.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the Platform:

• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform or its underlying systems without authorisation, including through automated tools, scripts, crawlers or bots not expressly permitted by 399pk;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, selling or otherwise commercially exploiting any Platform content without express prior written permission;
• Using the Platform to transmit, distribute or store material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature, access control or content restriction on the Platform;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location when using the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any manner that could disrupt, damage or impair its infrastructure or the experience of other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal and then engaging with third-party gambling operators based on content encountered here;
• Any conduct that violates Applicable Law, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) or other applicable Pakistani legislation.

399pk reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, without notice or liability.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, design elements and software code — are owned by or licensed to 399pk. These rights are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any Content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 399pk, except for the limited purpose of personal, non-commercial reference.

The 399pk name and logo are brand identifiers of this Platform. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting any right or licence to use any intellectual property belonging to 399pk or any third party without express authorisation.

9.1 No Warranties. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9.2 Accuracy of Information. Whilst 399pk makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Content is accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty that any Content — including odds explanations, bonus term analyses, payment references or regulatory information — is current, complete or accurate at any given time. You should independently verify all information before making any decision to engage with a third-party operator.

9.3 No Gambling Advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling advice, a recommendation to place any bet, an endorsement of any operator or a guarantee of any outcome. All betting decisions are made entirely at your own risk.

9.4 Financial Losses. 399pk accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial loss, including losses arising from wagers placed with third-party operators based wholly or partially on information encountered on the Platform.

9.5 Technical Availability. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions or security breaches. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime or technical failure.

9.6 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 399pk's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of PKR 1,000 or the amount, if any, directly paid by you to 399pk in connection with the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, including contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

The Platform may contain references to or descriptions of third-party services, including gambling operators, payment providers and sports organisations. These references are provided for informational context only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or formal partnership.

If you choose to engage with any third-party service based on information encountered on the Platform, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. 399pk has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, availability or conduct of any third-party service.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect stored data. You have rights of access, correction and deletion with respect to your personal data.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users are reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant domestic legislation may govern certain aspects of their online activity.

399pk does not represent, warrant or imply that the use of the Platform or engagement with any third-party gambling operator referenced therein is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice on this point if required.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.
